Remember the little things (tutorial)

So I’ve shared with you my word of the year (intentional), and how I closed a chapter on my life (babysitting) and am ready to enjoy this new journey.

As I was browing pinterest, I was looking up different things for being intentional. And came across this scrapbook (or which now is being called a smash book)

There are so many ideas!!! I love scrapbooking, but am trying to find a balance to still enjoy the things I love without becoming overwhelmed. And feeling like a failure.

Heres what I did to make mine. I had everything but the smashbook (which I got at Meijer).  And here is what I love about mine, I just divided them into twelve months (about 6 pages each). Tabbed them and just started adding stuff. I didn’t want to make it where I’d have to add everyday. The way I set it up is just for each month to add things.

January is already off to a great start, just got back from visiting one of my besties and family. Picking up some photos today so I can slap some glue on em and throw em in the smash book. At the end of the year, I’ll have a book full of small and big treasures to look back on.

How are you remembering God’s everyday blessings?

  1. Just to let you know, the photos on this post are too big and they look weird. :( BUT I love the concept!
